Hi, I’m Yas Harper—founder and CEO of Kingdom Stewardship Accounting and Finance LLC and a Financial Controller with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.

A Bit of My Story

I’ve had the privilege of serving in both in-house and leadership roles across industries—especially in real estate, where I built deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and internal process improvement. Over time, I saw a consistent need: business owners weren’t getting the strategic financial guidance they truly needed until it was too late or too expensive.

Kingdom Stewardship was born to fill that gap—offering high-level financial leadership on a fractional basis, for growing companies and individuals who want to be intentional with what they’ve built.
